About Us
Welcome to North Webster Upper Elementary, home of the Dragons! We proudly serve third through fifth grade students from the communities of Cotton Valley, Sarepta, and Shongaloo.
Our school opened in 2011 following the consolidation of North Webster Parish schools, and since then, we have been dedicated to helping every student grow, learn, and thrive. At NWUE, we encourage our students to live by their core values and to be on F.I.R.E.- Friendship, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. These values guide everything we do and help us create a warm, supportive school community.
This year, our theme is “Roar to New Heights: Thrive in the Jungle of Learning.” Learning here is an adventure! Our classrooms are lively, inspriing spaces where students are encouraged to explore, ask questions, take risks, and celebrate their progress.
Our teachers and staff work together to make sure every child feels valued, capable, and ready to soar. At North Webster Upper Elementary, we don’t just teach, we help our Dragons believe in themselves, discover their strengths, and roar to new heights!
